World Conservation Awards The World Conservation Award is the only Scouting Award which may be earned by every Scout in the world! Each country has a unique set of requirements, based on its own conservation needs. The Cub and Scout World Conservation Award patches are the same throughout the globe. Requirements for these Awards: Application forms for these Awards: Once a Scout has completed the requirements for one of these awards, the Application Form should be filled out by the Unit Leader/Unit Advancement Coordinator and submitted to the Program Services Department. A personalized letter of congratulations from the Council Scout Executive, as well as the appropriate patch, will be sent to the person indicated on the Application form. This award is neither earned nor worn by adults.
